Sound Bath

A therapeutic celluar massage. Everything vibrates at different frequencies, including your body. Sound Baths transfer the vibrational energy of the instruments to the vibrational energy of your body and mind, aiding in relaxation and healing. Sound baths are a great way to reset your energy to clear a block or cycle in your life.

Labyrinth

A classical 7 series labyrinth adorns the yoga studio floor - a metaphor for life’s journey and an enhancement to any practice, meditation, or 5 minute break. Reset your entire nervous system.
